Notice of Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau
Concerning the Abolishment of Relevant Documents on the Management of Private Exit-Entry Intermediary Activities

To All Relevant Units:

In accordance with the requirements for deepening the reform of "streamlining administration, delegating power, strengthening regulation, and improving services" and optimizing the business environment, as well as the implementation of the "Exit-Entry Administration Law of the People's Republic of China" and relevant regulations, the Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau has decided to abolish the following documents concerning the management of private exit-entry intermediary activities:

1. "Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau's Implementation Measures for the Administration of Private Exit-Entry Intermediary Agencies" (Jing Gong Jing Guan Zi [2001] No. 523)

1. "Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau's Supplementary Provisions on the Administration of Private Exit-Entry Intermediary Activities" (Jing Gong Jing Guan Zi [2002] No. 1060)

This notice shall come into effect as of the date of issuance. All relevant units shall implement it accordingly.
